Ruach Wellness is currently undergoing a sacred restructuring.In this season, I am prayerfully and intentionally refining my 1:1 offerings to align with a deeper expression of healing, one that integrates frequency, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, mineral-based nourishment, and unwavering biblical truth.
This process reflects not just a shift in services, but an embodiment of who I am becoming as a practitioner. Client care will resume in late winter to early spring 2026, with a renewed focus on whole-person restoration: body, mind, and spirit.
