I spent most of my life sick without connecting why.

A tick bite at eight became Lyme disease that hid in my body for more than twenty years, and through my twenties, one thing stacked on top of the other: a root canal at 21, mold exposures, two autoimmune diagnoses, leaky gut, mold illness and CIRS. I was flat out exhausted, anxious and couldn’t seem to find the help that I needed.

So I did the only thing I've ever known how to do, I took it all into my own hand and strove relentlessly to find my own answers. Which led me to trying every cleanse, every fad diet, one supplement after another and a 1,000 other transitions. And in this striving, my healing became an idol in my heart.

That is where Adonai began meeting me and showing me that He had already established a design for the body to thrive, and biblical principles that, when lived out, allow it to restore. Once the Lyme was finally found, I cleared it in about nine months. I've since cleared one of the autoimmune conditions, and I'm still walking out the rest in lived, embodied faith with Him.

I'm not teaching from a pedestal because I've been led through the trenches and the valleys as well, and have been shown a way out.

Ultimately, my hope is to be able to look back on my life knowing that I made a positive impact in the lives of my brother’s and sister’s. That I didn’t let fear stop me from pursuing the work that the Adonai has called me to do.
