FREQUENCY: is the Language of Adonai
FREQUENCY
~ isn’t a New Age concept — when you look at the design of the world around us at large all the way into how a human cell operates and down to how the minute atom exists its clear to see that, frequency is woven into the very fabric of creation.
The Word of Adonai spoke, and vibration, resonance, and life came forth… let’s get into this discussion ~
The Divine Origin of Frequency ~
Genesis 1:2 - "And the Ruach Elohim was hovering over the face of the waters."
The word (Ruach) means breath, wind, spirit, or current of air.
It carries movement, vitality, and invisible force a presence that animates and sustains.
Here, before any spoken word, before light itself, there is movement — the oscillating vibration of divine breath over the void. This portrays Ruach as the primordial frequency, the living current through which the Word (“Let there be…”) would later manifest form.
It’s as though the Ruach “tuned” creation preparing the formless deep to respond to the divine Word.
Genesis 1:3 — “And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.”
Creation begins with sound, a voice, a vibration. The Hebrew verb amar (“said”) implies not just speaking but releasing a creative utterance. The universe began not with form, but with frequency.
Psalm 33:6 — “By the word of Adonai the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host.”
The Word (davar) and the Breath (ruach) of Elohim are vibrational in essence which carry of life and frequency. His speech was not mere communication; it was creation itself.
We see this again in Hebrews 11:3 — “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.”
From the invisible (frequency, vibration, sound) came the visible, everything we perceive.
Even Yeshua, the Living Word, embodies this truth.
John 1:1–3 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
The Word Himself is the channel or medium (which is light, because he is the light of the world) of frequency through which all creation comes forth. He is the original vibration of divine love, calling forth life from void and chaos.
What Science Calls Cymatics — Sound Made Visible
Now let’s discuss Cymatics, which is the study of visible sound vibration, it’s where frequency literally shapes matter. When sound frequencies are played through mediums like water, sand, or powder, they form stunning geometric patterns.

The higher or purer the frequency, the more ordered and intricate the pattern becomes. The lower or distorted the vibration, the more chaotic the formation appears, and the more you watch cymatics in action, the more you begin to see shapes that we are familiar with seeing, like the shell of a tortoise or other geometrical patterns that we find elsewhere in nature and explains how ‘no two snowflakes are alike’ since when the rain drop freezes, it takes on the shape of the sound (frequency) that it hits while it is simultaneously falling through the atmosphere shaping it along the way.

This mirrors the spiritual truth of creation — the voice (frequency) of Adonai bringing order out of chaos: even modern science acknowledges that all matter vibrates with measurable frequency, from the smallest atom to the human voice. Scripture simply reveals Who that voice originates from.
Colossians 1:16–17 — “For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible… and in Him all things hold together.”
His Word still holds creation in resonance, and creation itself is still resounding back its individual frequency, which is why there are scriptures that tell us this.

Creation Proclaims His Glory
Psalm 19:1–4 — The heavens and skies continually declare the glory of Adonai, their very existence proclaiming His craftsmanship.
Psalm 97:6 — The heavens themselves testify to His righteousness for all people to see.
Isaiah 40:26 — Every star has been called forth and named by Him, none missing from their appointed place.
Psalm 8:1–3 — The moon and stars are set in place by His fingers, reflecting His majesty and mindful care for humanity.
Creation Responds to His Voice
Luke 19:40 — Even the stones would cry out in praise if mankind remained silent.
Habakkuk 2:11 — Creation itself bears witness; even the stones and beams testify to truth.
Psalm 96:11–13 — All of creation — earth, sea, and forest — rejoices before the Lord, proclaiming His coming justice.
Isaiah 55:12 — The mountains and trees burst into song as His people walk in peace and joy.
The Sun, Moon, and Stars Obey His Command
Psalm 148:3–6 — The sun, moon, and stars praise Him, fulfilling the command given to them since creation.
Jeremiah 31:35 — Adonai established the fixed order of the heavens — sun by day, moon and stars by night — and sustains them still.
Job 38:31–33 — Only God commands the constellations; they move and shine by His decree.
Psalm 104:19 — The moon marks the seasons, and the sun knows its setting because He ordained their rhythm.
All Creation Testifies to the Creator
Romans 1:20 — The invisible qualities of God are revealed through what He has made, leaving no one without witness.
Nehemiah 9:6 — Heaven and earth, sea and sky, and every living creature exist by His breath and worship Him.
Job 12:7–10 — The earth, sky, and sea each testify to His hand in all life and breath.
Revelation 4:11 — All creation exists by His will and declares His worthiness, power, and glory.
Heaven’s Frequency = Divine Order
From the very beginning, starting in Genesis 1:1 through the full creation account, creation itself was established in a divine rhythm, and set to continually function in this very same rhythm until Adonai calls back his Ruach from all creation at the end of time.
Genesis 1:5 — “And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night, And the evening (erev) and the morning (boker) were the first day.”
In Hebrew, 'evening' (erev) means chaos or mixture, and 'morning' (boker) aside from meaning ‘day’ also means order or clarity.
So as we read the creation account in full, every day of creation began with some chaos (erev) and ended in more sustainable order (boker) day after day until Adonai looked upon all his creation and called it good or “tob” in Hebrew meaning, pleasant, benefit, prosperity (Genesis 1:31.)
So this entire account reveals the eternal pattern of Adonai's Word. His voice brings order out of chaos. His instructions bring order out of chaos. What he sends his word out to do, it accomplishes (Isaiah 55:11).
The Distortion ~
The enemy cannot create, only distort.
What the world now calls “vibes,” “energy,” or “manifestation” are fractured echoes of what was meant to draw us back to the Creator’s voice, the pure frequency of His Word. These cultural counterfeits often remove the Source (HIM), twisting a divine truth into something self-centered or impersonal.
From the beginning, the deceiver has twisted what was holy and pure, mimicking the creative power of Adonai without carrying His truth or essence. Yeshua said:
John 8:44 — “He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”
Ha’Satan can only counterfeit what already exists. Scripture says he masquerades as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), imitating the beauty of creation while severing it from the Source of Life.
So by contrast, the enemy’s imitation brings confusion, pride, and separation. Where Adonai’s Word brings light and shalom, the deceiver distorts truth into chaos.
In Scripture, frequency is never an impersonal force. It is the living expression of a personal Creator — His voice, His Spirit, His Word reverberating through creation.
The Hebrew concept of qol (voice, sound, frequency) is woven throughout Scripture.
Psalm 29:3–4 — “The voice of Adonai is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, Adonai, over many waters. The voice of Adonai is powerful; the voice of Adonai is full of majesty.”
Even in Eden, creation responded to His sound. In Genesis 3:8, Adam and Eve “heard the voice (qol) of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day.” His presence was heard before it was seen, frequency before form or response and this is actually a basic concept of how our nervous systems interpret the world around us and respond. There is always a sensation or innate response within the body prior to the mind being able to conceptualize what is occurring into thought.
An example for this would be; Imagine a person is walking hastily towards you with a scowl on their face, your body might respond by having your walking pace slow down, having you turn and run or completely freeze as you are trying to interpret and read what the person is going to do next, then you’ll have a thought of “maybe I’m not safe” then panic or multiple other biological sensations will kick in depending on your unique nervous system. New Age View of Frequency + Energy vs. the Biblical/Hebraic View ~
Let’s take an undiluted viewpoint of looking at the concept of frequency and energy from what the world says is true while excommunicating from our Heavenly Father, verses the elements that we see are presented throughout scripture.
New Age or New Thought Concept:
Impersonal Force
Energy is often seen as an abstract power of the universe that can be manipulated for personal gain.
Frequency is something you “tune into” to manifest desires or attract outcomes.
Self as Source
The human is seen as generating and controlling reality through “vibration.”
Focus is on aligning with “higher self” rather than surrendering to God.
Syncretism & Idolatry
Mixes spiritual truth with occult practices.
Energy becomes an object of worship instead of the Creator.
Goal: Self-empowerment
The end is personal enlightenment, control, or achieving “god-like” status.
Biblical/Hebraic View:
Personal Source
Frequency is not an abstract power, it is the living voice, breath and spirit of Yehovah.
“By the word of Adonai the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host.” (Psalm 33:6)
Creation is Sustained by Him
His Word and Spirit continually uphold creation (Hebrews 1:3).
Frequency is not manipulated; it is received and aligned with through covenant relationship and recognition.
Set-Apart Practices
The Hebraic mindset uses sound and frequency in worship, prayer, shofar blasts, psalms, and blessing.
These are not tools of control but expressions of submission and reverence.
Goal: Union with the Creator
The purpose of aligning with His frequency is not self-exaltation but becoming conformed to His image.
“Not my will but Yours be done.” (Luke 22:42)
Key Distinctions: one has no reverence for The Creator and worships creation itself and self, while the other recognizes that frequency or energy is apart of creation but stems from The Creator himself and aligns oneself through thought and actions to HIM in order to be molded and conformed.
Mindset Recovery ~
Every cell in your body vibrates with measurable frequency.
Fear, bitterness, resentment, etc, — these lower resonance states create internal chaos, and this disharmony leads to physical symptoms overtime. Which we are given around 300 commands in scripture to “not fear or be not afraid” because fear is a spirit as stated in 2 Timothy 1:7. This is also why The Deceiver is after your thoughts through influence of what you watch, what you listen to, read and who you take advice from, etc.
Whereas; Love, gratitude, joy, optimism, worship - these elevate your internal frequency to align with the Spirit of Adonai, which is why we are reminded of this in scripture over and over again.
Philippians 4:8 — “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable… if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
Romans 12:2 — “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.”
The renewing of the mind is not just a mental shift, it’s a vibrational one. When we align our thoughts and words with His truth, we tune our entire being to His frequency. New age borrowed the truth but severed it from The Source.
Plain and simple, frequency belongs to Yehovah—it is the language of His voice, the medium of His creation, and the resonance of His love.
Your thoughts create a narrative for your body to respond too which is measurable, thoughts are the seeds of creation/frequency within our own temples.
Proverbs 18:21 - "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Words carry life or death; they produce tangible outcomes.
Proverbs 12:18 — "There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing." Words literally wound or heal.
Proverbs 15:4 — "A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit." The health of spirit and body can be strengthened or crushed by speech.
James 3:5-6 - "The tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things. How great a forest is set ablaze by such a small fire!" Speech changes atmosphere and direction.
Closing Reflection ~
From the opening words of Genesis to the living breath of Yeshua (Jesus), Scripture testifies that creation responds to sound, to frequency, to the Word of Adonai.
When we speak His Word, sing His praise, and align our hearts with His truth, we resonate with Heaven’s frequency and restoration flows into our temples.
Psalm 119:89–91 “Forever, O Lord, Your word is firmly fixed in the heavens. Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it stands fast. By Your appointment they stand this day, for all things are Your servants.”
