One analysis of a comprehensive 320 symptom questionnaire (NAQ) that allows me to pinpoint and uncover specific areas of your health such as; organs, nutrient deficiencies, systems operations and more, that may be hindered to some capacity that need targeted, bio-individual support.

One assessment and review of a 3 day Food and Mood Journal that enables me to look for patters that affect: Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Hydration, Sleep, Stress, Movement, mineral balance, Fatty Acid balance and more. While making appropriate suggestions to help balance these.

(1) In depth, Initial Interview Zoom call upto 75 minutes - here is where we look at your health history and lifestyle habits.

(1) Recommendations Zoom call visit of 90 minutes. Here is where I will explain the reasoning for any sort of dysfunctions going on and review your charts with you and offer you your bio-individual lifestyle, dietary and supplemental recommendations.
(1) HTMA test kit, along with interpretation and written report

(1) Zoom call Follow up after 4 weeks up to 30 minutes.
